I am an entrepreneurship scholar, educator, and former entrepreneur whose work explores how organizations create long-term value through leadership, innovation, and responsible business practices. My research focuses on family business, entrepreneurship, and organizational development, with a particular interest in how organizations respond to complex social and economic challenges.
Based in Canada, I work with organizations, entrepreneurial teams, and family businesses on leadership development, succession, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.



The DISC Assessment is a widely used behavioural self-assessment that helps individuals understand their preferred ways of interacting, communicating, and approaching work. The model examines four behavioural dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness—and provides insights into personal strengths, potential challenges, and working relationships. Whether you are a student, leader, entrepreneur, or team member, DISC can help increase self-awareness and improve collaboration with others.
The Team Development Assessment is based on Bruce Tuckman’s influential model of team development. It helps users identify whether their team is primarily operating in the Forming, Storming, Norming, or Performing stage. The assessment provides a starting point for reflection and discussion about team dynamics, leadership, communication, and collective performance.
