Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Guelph in Canada and Chair in Entrepreneurship at the John F. Wood Centre. My research examines family business, corporate entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and leadership, with a particular interest in how organizations respond to complex social and economic challenges.
